Value Engineering
Concerning the engineering and design potentials as well as extensive history in this field, and in order to tailor to meet employers requirements, Moshanir takes measures to hold value engineering workshops based on job plan of International Society of American Value Engineers. Many notable experts of the company have received training in module 1 of value engineering, and received AVS certification from the International Society of American Value Engineers, and they have in this regard provided valuable services to improve projects function, decrease life cycle costs and or increase project delivery speed. Value engineering studies are typically recommended at phases of preliminary studies and initial stages of detailed studies.

Supervision
Moshanir as the employer’s trusted company, supervises on performance of consultants and construction contractors in order to ensure quality of engineering and construction services, construction costs, delivery time, compliance with environmental, safety and health issues. The supervision includes control of designs carried out by other consultants as well as control of construction work in sites by experienced supervisors in different work fronts and different stages of operations, and supervision on manufacture and test of power plant and non- power plant equipment in local and foreign factories.
